python3-py software package provides Advanced Python development support library (Python 3), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python3-py
python3-py is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python3-py package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python3-py *
You will get with python3-py package name, version, architecture and description in a table
